Asisly
For veterinary clinics & animal hospitals

Bookings, triage, refills.
None of it from the exam room.

You’re in the back doing a cleaning when a frantic dog-owner calls. The front desk is on hold with a pharmacy. Asisly takes the call, asks the triage questions you wrote, books for tomorrow or routes the emergency to an on-call vet — and never panics about the cat in the carrier howling in the background.

The problem

Vet phones don’t pause for the patient on the table.

Vet clinics have an impossible front-desk problem: every appointment is hands-on, every call is urgent in the caller’s mind, and the difference between “routine” and “emergency” is a 30-second triage. Most clinics either over-staff the front desk or under-serve the calls.

62%

of new-pet-owner calls go to voicemail

Sundays and after-hours = peak panic call volume. Asisly answers when your front desk doesn’t.

$220

average first-visit ticket

New-patient exam + vaccines + heartworm prevention typically nets ~$220. Losing the booking call to voicemail loses the lifetime relationship.

3 min

saved per refill request

Refill requests follow a script: pet name, dose, dispensing pharmacy. AI handles end-to-end and emails the tech a one-line summary.

What it does

Built for clinics with no time to talk.

🐕

Book exams by species

“My terrier needs a check-up next Wednesday morning?” AI checks your calendar, considers room/equipment constraints (dog vs cat room), books, confirms.

🚨

Triage real emergencies

Bleeding, seizures, collapse, ingested toxin? AI is tuned to escalate to your on-call vet number and tell the caller to head to the ER if you’re closed.

💊

Take refill requests

Captures pet name, current med, preferred pharmacy. Emails your tech with one line they can verify in the chart.

💉

Vaccine + lab Q&A

AI answers from your KB: “Do you do rabies titers?”, “What heartworm test do you use?” — instead of putting clients on hold while you check.

FAQ

Common questions

Will the AI try to diagnose?

No — and we’ve tuned it to refuse. “Is this kennel cough?” → AI says it can’t diagnose but can book you in or escalate to the on-call vet. You set the exact refusal copy.

Can it handle emergencies after hours?

Yes. The behavior settings let you list emergency triggers (collapse, bleeding, ingested toxin, seizures). When matched, AI texts the on-call vet AND tells the caller to head to the nearest emergency hospital.

Does it integrate with my PIMS (Cornerstone, ezyVet, Vetspire)?

v1 books into Google Calendar; most modern PIMS subscribe to a calendar feed. Direct integrations with ezyVet, Vetspire, Cornerstone are on the Q3 roadmap.

Will the voice freak out anxious pets in the background?

It’s a phone receptionist, not a fearful animal. Pick from six standard voices or clone your existing front-desk lead’s voice on Pro+.

Can it dispatch farm calls or large-animal emergencies?

For mobile vets, yes — AI captures location, animal, complaint, and texts the truck. The geo-aware routing is now a standard behavior preset.
